Ordering
You can order courses online through our e-commerce site www.cesolutions.net.
All orders are processed within 24 hrs (or the next business day).
To order custom or single course titles, please call the Sales Department at

Payment Processing
Payments are processed through PayPal, a secure e-commerce site. We accept the following credit cards:
MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Checks are accepted, however, course access will not be granted until payment is verified and has cleared with the issuing bank.
Course Confirmation & Access
Once payment is received, CES sends you a confirmation email within 24 hrs.
If your order was placed during the weekend, you will receive a confirmation
email the next business day.
This email will contain course access instructions, including your User Login and Password.
You can begin your course as soon as you receive your login.
Cancellation & Refunds
If you wish to cancel a course, please contact CES at 866-487-7600. No refunds are processed after course has been accessed.
