Ordering
You can order courses online through our e-commerce site www.cesolutions.net.
All orders are processed within 24 hrs (or the next business day).
To order custom or single course titles, please call the Sales Department at
866-487-4800.

Payment Processing
Payments are processed through our online secure payment system, PayPal. We
accept the following forms of payment:

American Express
We can accept checks; however, course access will not be granted until payment
has cleared.
Course Confirmation & Access
Once payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hrs.
If order is placed on a weekend, you will receive it the next business day.
This email contains course access instructions including user login and
password. You can begin your course as soon as you receive your login.
Cancellation & Refunds
If you wish to cancel a course, please contact CES at 866-487-4800. No refunds
are processed after course has been started.
Course Completion
A Certificate of Completion and a confirmation email is sent to you upon
completion of your course(s). The certificate is mailed 1 week after the
official end date. |
